THE PODCAST PROCESS

PLANNING AND STRATEGY

It includes planning the strategy for your podcast, who you are trying to reach and what goals you need to achieve. This information will help us develop the format, who should present the show, and the style of audio elements you’d like including IDs and music beds. We also create your podcast logo and artwork.

inally, we upload your podcast so it is available on Apple, Spotify, Google and others. The link to the podcast can then be hosted on your website & social media platforms or sent to potential customers and clients.
For each edition of your podcast we prepare and produce the show, and provide reams of content marketing material to promote the business podcast.

PREPARATION

We’ll write scripts which can include brand mentions and sales scripts to be read by the presenter.
A running order will then be prepared along with some sound design elements, and then we’re ready to start the fun part which is recording!

PRODUCE

PROMOTE

This can give your podcast a real personal and authentic feel but is completely optional if you’d prefer to leave it to a professional audio host.

When booking guests we’ll look after the technical side if we require to interview someone remotely via Zoom or other audio services such as CleanFeed. After recording all the elements in the running order we then edit for a professional flow and produce the sound to BBC Technical Spec standard.

You may opt for a short video highlights clip with text and images which you can use to promote your podcast on YouTube or on your social media pages.

To boost SEO we can also supply transcripts of interviews, show notes with an overview of the content within the show, along with guest biogs. We will also provide a written summary of the podcast which be used for press releases, email newsletters, and for websites.
